Sydney Owens
I grew up in Spartanburg, SC and moved to Chicago, IL at the young age of 18. Currently, I am enrolled at Loyola University Chicago as a Multimedia Journalism student, expecting to graduate May 2020. In order to fund my education and living expenses, I work at Quality Crab & Oyster Bah in Lincoln park as a server and Rogers Bark Pet Salon in Rogers Park as an assistant manager. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my three rescue cats Kitty, Carrie, and Lulu, and explore the city with my husband Chris. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in writing, magazine design, or documentary film.
